It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Luther Hester Jr. (Morganton, North Carolina), who passed away on January 4, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hester and Martha Gaddy Hester; and his sister Joyce Childers. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Cordell Hester; his son Chuck Harris (Cindy); his brother Dean Hester (Lisa); and his godson Tyler Price. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
