He is survived by: his wife Linda Felts Bivens; his daughters, Wendy Bivens of Morganton and Kim Bivens of Lenoir; his stepchildren, Melissa Felts of Morganton and Rodney Felts (Mary Beth) of Valdese; his grandson Dale Moore; his stepgranddaughters, Samantha Lowman and Hope Felts; his stepgreat-granddaughters, Claudia Bagwell and Scotlynn Lowman; his sisters, Kay Lackey and Betty Whisnant; his friends, Dillard and Helen Ledford; and his pet Bella.
