He is survived by: his wife Libby Shearin Whitworth; his children, Craig Whitworth, Ernie Whitworth, Kim Lane and Todd Franklin; his grandchildren, Agusdeline Whitworth, Jordan, Skyler McKee, Alora and Cameron Franklin; and his sister Verna Crane.
