She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Linehan and Mary Banner Linehan; and her husband William Asher Nelson. She is survived by: her children, William A. Nelson, Jr. (Sharon), Thomas J. Nelson (Sharon), Barbara Sproles and Elizabeth Wilson (Nathan) of Morganton, NC; her grandchildren, Kimberly Fulton (Darrick), Katherine Landcaster (Todd), Thomas J. Nelson, Jr. (Julia), William Asher Nelson III (Andrea), Alison Nelson, Heather N. Reithmeier (Michael) and Lori S. Wilson (Bill); and her sister Betty Jane Krizmanich. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church.
