He is survived by: his wife Jan Moseley; his sons, Justion Moseley, III (Courtney) and Jeremiah Moseley (Madison); his stepchildren, Sonya Suttle (Kirk) and Scott Dockery; his grandchildren, Taylor Dockery, Keltie Suttle, Sam Suttle, Parker Moseley, Selah Moseley, Pharris Roy and Roy; his siblings, Sandy Denison, Melany Doty and Chris Moseley (Elle); his nephews, Chandler and Storm Wakefield; and his niece Ella Moseley.
