We are sad to announce that on July 31, 2021, at the age of 97, Ruby Hipps Hartsoe of Morganton, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Durant Hipps and Bertha Bridges Hipps; her husband Thomas W. Hartsoe; her daughter Elaine Barnes; and her son-in-law Jim Barnes.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Jamie Barnes and Michael S. Barnes (Katie); her great grandchildren, Logan, Zach Barnes, Ryleigh, Madison and Abigail Barnes; and her sister Sandra Hipps Childs. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
