She is survived by: her siblings, Kate Avery Hall (Bobby) of Raleigh, Jane Avery of Morganton, Sue Avery Douglas (Skip) of Raleigh, Laura Avery Clark of Atlanta and Sam Avery (Caroline) of Morganton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
