It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel E. Kephart Sr. (Morganton, North Carolina), who passed away on March 20, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Murphy and Dovie Kephart. He is survived by: his wife Winnie M. Kephart; and his children, Samuel E. Kephart, Jr., Judith Leach, Marinetta Matthews, Charlene A Knecht and Kathleen B Houk. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great-grandchildren.
