She was predeceased by: her sister Tonya Causby. She is survived by: her mother Peggy Sue Quade; her children, Jamiean Causby and Breanna Bollinger; her fiancé Steve Safrit; and her sisters, Brenda Bollinger (Michael) and Angie Causby.
