He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Waters and Eva Cline Waters. He is survived by: his wife Lynette Denton Waters; his daughter Angela Paul (Jason); his stepchildren, Kimberly Spake Mostiller (Chris) and Dustin Durham; and his siblings, Joan Williford, Judy Pearson and Tim Waters. He is also survived by three grandchildren, one great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
