He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Dale and Jettie Mae Buff Dale; his wife Sara Walker Dale; and his siblings, Allan Dale and Elsie Mae Clements.
He is survived by: his daughter Rama Dale; and his siblings, Ralph Dale (Pauline), Earle Dale (Linda) and Wanda Dale Henries (Ronnie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
