He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar James McLean and Martha Winieford Prestwood McLean; his brother Pat McLean; and his mother-in-law Imogene Williamson. He is survived by: his wife Ruth McLean; his sister Ann McLean Smith; his nieces and nephews, Jimmy Smith (Sherry), Ben Williamson (Jen), Cindy McLean Crump (Sam) and Sarah Williamson; his great-niece Savannah Smith; his great-nephews, Fletcher Smith and Dakota Crump; his siblings-in-law, Linda McLean and George T. Williamson (Debra); and his close friend Celeste Tallent.
