She was predeceased by: her parents, Gurnie Coram Allen and Gladys Ethel Harvey Allen; and her daughter Kym Penley. She is survived by: her husband Frank Penley; her children, Debi Trivette of Zionville and Eddie Penley (Glenda) of Cana, VA; her grandsons, David, Kevin Penley and Joshua Trivette; and her siblings, Vernon Allen and Verna Hutchens.
