He is survived by: his parent Ruby Nelson Roark; his wife Shirley Roark; his son Michael Keith Roark (Jennifer Lydia) of Morganton; his granddaughter Katerina Roark of Morganton; his siblings, Gene Roark of Morganton and Wanda Roark Saulman of Morganton; and his nieces and nephews, Danny Smith (Sharon), Sandy Allen Smith and Linda Smith.
