He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Bost and Margaret Pearl Leazer Bost; and his children, Debra Payne, Trina Lloyd and Jerry Allen Payne.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred Ann Lambirth Bost; his daughter Tina Bowman; his grandchildren, Jamey Bivens (Melanie Jo), Nichole Kirschner and Tiffany Marks (Aaron); and his siblings, Ann, Hazel, Judy, Billy and George. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
