He was predeceased by : his parents, Xai True Chang and Sao Lor. He is survived by : his wife Soua Yang Chang; his children, Michell Chang, Rick Chang (Jennifer), Julie Chang (Daniel Wolters), Connie Kong (Peter), Jay Chang and Christina Chang; and his grandchildren, Daphne Chang and Arthur Chang.
