He was predeceased by: his father Donald Eugene Ratcliff; and his sibling's children, Carrie Bledsoe, Dustin Ratcliff and Anthony Ratcliff. He is survived by: his mother Patricia "Pat" Yvonne Jones Ratcliff; his siblings, Alisa Ratcliff Hutson, Randy Ratcliff and Rondale (Susan Ratcliff); his siblings' children, Corey, Kristal Bledsoe, Brandi, Travis Anders, Mandi, Adam Hiatt, Jenna Ratcliff, Halee Ratcliff, Emma Ratcliff, Alexis Ratcliff, Caden Ratcliff and Apple Ratcliff; and his close friend Debbie Haynes.
