She is survived by : her son Stephen Shipp (Karen) of Woodbridge, VA; her stepdaughter Betty Black of Aberdeen, NC; her brother Jerry Ball (Claire) of Cuyahoga Falls, OH; and her grandchildren, Leah Shipp of Locust Grove, VA, Kelsey Colgan and Chad Nixon of Memphis, TN..

In lieu of flowers the family request they go to the Leukemia Society.
