With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Erica Fay Welch (Mount Holly, North Carolina), born in Gaston, North Carolina, who passed away on March 6, 2024 at the age of 32. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her close friend Devin Jones; and her nephew Raidyn Welch. She is survived by : her parents, William "Ed" Welch Jr. (Sherry Fisher Welch) and Erica; her children, Damien Spencer Jones, Dustin Keith Hunsucker Jr., Roxie Iris Hunsucker, Levi James Hunsucker and Gunner Zane Welch-Hunsucker; her siblings, Stephanie Antionette Welch and William "Ed" Spencer Welch III (Hannah Poteat); and her nieces and nephews, Malaki, Rieghleigh, Bentley, Austyn and Braidyn.
