She is survived by: her children, Wilbert Arrant, Jr. (Elaine), David Arrant (Elaine) and Anna Payne (Larry); her sister Stella Carter (David); and her great grandchildren, Emily, Caroline and Brody. She is also survived by several great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
