He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Hedrick and Sally Mingus Hedrick; and his siblings, Ellen Woody, Gene W. and Elmer Claude Hedrick.
He is survived by: his wife Thelma Davis Griggs Hedrick; his stepdaughter Teresa Hopper of Hendersonville; his children, Evelyn Hedrick of Fletcher, Wayne Hedrick of Fletcher and Tony Hedrick of Rochester; his sisters, Jane Neece of Gainesville and Willa Mae Palmer of Cleveland, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Lindsey Conley (Josh), Michael Presley (Jennifer) and Stephanie; and his brothers, Andy and Josh Hopper (Casondra).
