It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel William Graves of Murphy, North Carolina, who passed away on September 15, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Roy and Mary Brown Graves; and his sister Angela Michelle Graves. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Gilreath Graves of Murphy; his daughters, Angela Michelle Graves and Samantha Laney Burgess (John); his siblings, Melissa Graves, Hilda King (W. C.) and Jeffrey Graves (Autumn) of Murphy; and his grandchildren, Gianna Mayner and Keython Allen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made in memory of Daniel Graves to the American Lung Association, 1466 Riverside Dr. Suite D, Chattanooga, TN 37406.
