It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Don Allen of Murphy, North Carolina, born in Niles, Michigan, who passed away on October 8, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Allen and Lillian Allen. He is survived by: his wife Judy Allen; his daughters, Andrea Bales of Tucker and Stacey Chapman (Steve) of Alpharetta, Georgia; his siblings, Barbara Leaver of Niles, Michigan and Larry Allen of Niles, Michigan; and his grandsons, Alec Bales, Christopher Chapman and Grant Chapman.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the Murphy Food Bank, 73 Valley River Avenue, Murphy, North Carolina 28906.
