He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Abram and Jessie Mae Coffey Barnett. He is survived by: his wife Edna Ruth Barnett; his children, Sharon Barnett McDonald (Brian) of Murphy and S. Darryl Barnett (Libby) of Grovetown, Georgia; his grandchildren, Trevis Hicks, Jadrien Barnett Beaver and Taylor Barnett; his great grandchildren, Dylan and Jacelynn Beaver; and his siblings, Ruth Shields of Murphy, Geneva Setser of Murphy, Opal Sims of Murphy, Barbara Berrong of Murphy and Clarence Barnett of Murphy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family requests that those who attend wear a mask.
