He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Panter and Betty Self Panter; and his wife Emily Queen Panter. He is survived by: his children, Clifford Panter (Sandra) of Andrews, Wanda Cassell (David) of Blairsville, Evelyn Panter Walls of Murphy and Betty Abernathy (David) of Murphy. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and many great great grandchildren.
