He is survived by: his children, Tina Watson-Harris (Bryan) of Murphy, Henry Lewis Alvey, Jr. of Pensacola and Jeffery Alvey (Melitha) of Powder Springs, Georgia; his siblings, Judy Deavers of Jasper, Linda Meeks (Charles) of Woodstock, Annie Ruth Goggins (Johnny) of Smyrna, Georgia and William Alvey (Peggy) of Aragon, Georgia; his grandchildren, Alice Watson, Keith Watson, Becca Rowland, Trey Alvey, Austin Alvey and Logan Alvey; and his friends, Larry Bagley and Betty Totherow. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
