He was predeceased by: his parents, James Riley Crisp and Hazel Forrister Crisp; his wife Sue Johnson Crisp; his daughter Linda Dianne Brown; his siblings, James Harvey Crisp, Franklin Dewayne Crisp and Frances Millsaps; and his granddaughter Deneise Gulledge.
He is survived by: his daughter Geneva Moody; his siblings, Claude Howell Crisp, Julious Richard Crisp and Barbara Crisp; his grandchildren, Sherry Hill (Brian) and Doug Allen; and his great grandchildren, Tiffany Hill Jones, Brooke Hamilton, Daniel Allen, Dustin Gulledge and Nicole Gulledge. He is also survived by three great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
