She was predeceased by: her former husband Vendall Thomas; her husband Michael James; her son Jackie Thomas; her grandsons, Joshua Vaughn and Nathaniel Thomas; and her brother Timothy Faile.
She is survived by: her children, Tanya Kim Heavener (Joseph), Michael Thomas, Tracie Thomas, Trisha Janielle Tanner and Chris James (Emily); and her brother Dwight Faile (Jody).
