He was predeceased by: his parents, Pasquale Samuel and Gertrude Casano LaFiura; his brothers, Peter and Patrick LaFiura; and his pet Loulou.
He is survived by: his wife Dorit Seltrecht LaFiura; his children, Denise "Angel" Senetra of Arizona, Nichole Severino (Joe) of Illinois and Leonard LaFiura, Jr. of Florida; his sister Maryann Scarpelli of Illinois; and his pet Bentley. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
