It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Dean Finch Bearden of Murphy, North Carolina, born in Winder, Georgia, who passed away on August 22, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Clifford and Maenether Bennett Finch; her husband Jess Willard Bearden; and her siblings, Irrel B. Finch and Little Willie Finch.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Cook (David) of Murphy and Dwight Bearden (Tammy) of Flatwoods, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Bobby Bearden (Kristina), Cody Bearden (Teresa), Austin Bearden (Courtney Harvey), Ashlee Meyers (Justin), Kayla Cook Clayton (Barry) and Brittany Cook Worsham (Larry); and her great grandchildren, Bryson Bearden, Larry James Worsham III, Willow Worsham and Bailey Bearden. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and in-laws.
