It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Remona Cook of Murphy, North Carolina, who passed away on March 26, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Cook; and her father Sid Harvey. She is survived by: her son Tommy; her daughter-in-law Tracy Cook of Murphy; her granddaughter Taylor Dornik of Murphy; her mother Dorothy Frith Vining of Missoula, Montana; her close friend Richard Ward of Murphy; her siblings, Brenda Winters of Lacombe, Vickey Harvey of Gulfport, Sharon Maldonado (Gilbert) of Buda, Lena Jordan (Randy) of Superior, Montana and Terry Harvey of Fort Valley, California; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Cook of Marksville, Louisiana, Sarah Almond (Joe) of Tallulah, Louisiana and Johnnie Cook Sr. (Dinky) of Kilbourne, Louisiana.. She is also survived by 19 nieces and nephews; numerous cousins.
