We are sad to announce that on September 7, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Robert Skaggs of Murphy, North Carolina, born in Hyden, Kentucky. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Foster Paul and Loraine Creech Skaggs; his wife Vickie Phillips; his stepdaughter Shannon Huskins of Murphy; and his siblings, Paul Skaggs, George Skaggs, Jimmy Skaggs of South Port and Michelle Skaggs. He is also survived by two grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
