He is survived by: his wife Kathy Nichols; his daughter Christy Hacker (Scott); his grandchildren, Shianne Lister (Curtis), Autumn Hacker (Scott Garret) and Hunter Hacker (Bea); his great grandchildren, Chancellor, Wyatt, Gunner, Ryleigh and Jordan Grace; his brothers, Sherman and William Nichols; his nieces and nephews, Rhonda Lynn Buckner, Kimberly, Heather Fisher, Courtney and Logan Lawson; and also, Sharon Lawson, Gary Bennington and Ricky Wilson.
