She was predeceased by : her parents, John Franklin Pearce and Frances Musselwhite Pearce. She is survived by : her husband John Colon Ward; her daughter Karen Williams (Danny) of Fayetteville, NC; her grandchildren, Daniel Williams, Amy Powell (Joshua) and Holly Ward; and her great grandchildren, Annalise Powell and Zelda Powell.
