She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Ballance and Lila Kornegay Ballance; and her siblings, Tommy Wesley Ballance IV and Susan Ballance Edwards. She is survived by: her children, Tracy Ward of New Bern, Michael Ballance of New Bern and David Jones of New Bern; her brothers, Henry Ballance Jr. (Lavone) of New Bern, Gary Ballance (Donna) of New Bern and Roy Ballance of Greenville; and her grandchildren, Cameron Jones, Allen Jones and Bailey Jones.
Visitation was held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Kahlert Funerals & Cremations (308 Main St, Maysville, NC 28555). A funeral service was held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
