He is survived by: his parents, Justin Carey and Sandy Carey; his sisters, Brittnie Hall, Brooke Balch, Alexis Carey and Victoria Carey; his children, Julianna August Carey, Justin August Carey and Kinlyin Carey; and his siblings' children, Knox Hall, Janesleigh Balch, Josie Balch and Liam Hall (Ashlyn Cahoon).
The family has not designated a specific charity, but they believe the best way to honor Justin's memory is through a random act of kindness—a fitting tribute to a man who would give the shirt off his back to help someone in need.
