She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughter Sheila Banks of Vanceboro; her granddaughter Hayley Banks; her sister Marian Brown (Johnnie) of New Bern; her sister-in-law Carol Mills of Vanceboro; her nieces, Lori Bowen (Jimmy), Cheryl Jethro (Brian), Shirley Reed (Jim) and Joanne Woolard (Mike); her parents, Roy Morris and Lula Morris; her husband Joshua Toler; and her brother James Mills. She was also cherished by many great nieces and nephews, friends and extended family.
