We are sad to announce that on February 12, 2021, at the age of 80, Richard Harleson Jr. of New London, North Carolina, born in Fort Bragg, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard G. Harleson, Sr. and Flora Belle Burleson Harleson; and his siblings, Kenneth Harleson, Leroy Harleson, Marie Daniels and Ruth Harleson.

He is survived by : his wife Patsy K. Harleson of New London, NC; his daughter Amelia H. Morton of New London, NC; his siblings, Terry Harleson (Brenda), Ricardia Wilson (Robert) and Anne Sterietelmeier (Warren); and his pet Henry. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
