She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Sluder and Stella Holtsclaw Sluder of Nevada; her husband Claude Reed; her son Jimmy Reed; and her siblings, Flora Belle Workman, James Sluder, Ira Sluder and Frank Sluder.
She is survived by: her daughter Nina Gwyn (Jimmy) of Newland, NC; her grandchildren, Tammy Beck (David) of Plumtree, NC, Daryl Reed of Sykesville, MD and Larry Reed of Sykesville, MD; her siblings, Georgie Hodges of Sykesville, MD and Charlie Sluder of Sykesville, MD; her great grandchildren, Joshua Beck, Davey Beck, Addie Beck, Crystal Lewis and Darren Reed; and her great great grandchild Braydon Lewis.
