She was predeceased by: her parents, William Strickland and Edna Strickland; and her brother Eddie Worley. She is survived by: her son Brian Sams (Sue) of Newport; her siblings, Leah Fosburg of Bristol, VA, James Worley (Lea) of Bristol, VA and Tim Worley (Annette) of Chilhowie, VA; her grandson Darrell Haneline; and her great grandchildren, Hannah Haneline and Nick Logan.
