She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Joy Riggs of Newport; her siblings, Taylor Riggs, Laura Clink of Havelock and Stephanie Livingston of Newport; her aunt Pandora Edward (Elmer "Pee Wee"); her cousins, Marvin, Veronica, Matthew, Misty, Noel, Mike and Dominick; her father Tim Kyle Taylor; and her grandparents, Ladell, Erma Riggs, George and Shirley Taylor.
