We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2020, at the age of 81, Barbara C. Gilpin (Newport, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Donald James Gilpin; her parents, Edward Chadwick and Maggie Chadwick; and her brother Ronnie Chadwick. She is survived by: her children, Susan Hollister (Bill) of Mill Creek, Beth Stephenson (Robert) of Mill Creek, Steven Gilpin (Renee) of Mill Creek and Clayton Gilpin (Diane) of Mill Creek; and her brother Terry Chadwick of Mill Creek. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren: and 11 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Graham Memorial Church at 3448 Mill Creek Rd., Newport, NC 28570.
