She was predeceased by: her parents, Julian Hodnett and Sally Hodnett; and her daughter Patricia Lee Chadwick. She is survived by: her husband Terry Brian Chadwick Sr.; her sons, Terry Brian Chadwick Jr. (Catherine) of Mill Creek and Michael Ray Chadwick Sr. (Cynthia Willis) of Mill Creek; her grandchildren, Eric Lesley, Michael Ray Chadwick Jr., Gage Allred, Kimberly Patterson, Michelle Pitambersingh and Tommy Golden II; her stepgranddaughter Brandy Allred; and her great grandchildren, Madison Pitambersingh, Marie Pitambersingh, Tommy Golden III, Tanner Golden and Kylee Golden.
In keeping with the CDC guidelines pertaining to the Coronavirus, those who are ill or at-risk (elderly, immune-compromised) are encouraged to stay home.
