With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Beatrice M. Dixon of Newport, North Carolina, who passed away on July 2, 2020 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James Edward Dixon; her parents, Columbus Miller and Alziria Miller; and her brothers, Vernon Miller, Ray Miller and Vance Miller.
She is survived by: her son Lawson Dixon; and her sibling's children, Jim Miller (Margaret), Vance Miller (Barbara), Dorothy Jo Weltz (Kenneth), Sharon Warren, Linda Weigel, Sandy McClaren (Darrell) and Ruth Hitchings.
In keeping with the CDC guidelines pertaining to the Coronavirus, those who are ill or at-risk (elderly, immune-compromised) are encouraged to stay home.
