She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Finley and Elwanda Finley of Nebo, NC.. She is survived by: her husband Max Benny Kell; her children, Michael Kell (Dawn) of St. Augustine, FL, Randall Kell (Leah) of Newport, NC and Rebecca Creech (Brian) of Morehead City, NC.; and her sister Wanda Loftis (Doug) of Marion, NC. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, two step grandchildren, three great grandchildren, two step great grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
