She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Chadwick Rice and Minnie Belle Jones Rice; her husband Harold Donald "Ket" Ketterer; and her siblings, Lucy Belle Rice Willis, William Leslie "Bill" Rice and James "Jimmy" Rice.
She is survived by: her children, Harold Donald "Don" Ketterer, Jr. of Atlantic Beach, Leslie H. Ketterer of Pelletier and Joan Ketterer Jeffcoat (Dennis) of Columbia, SC; her grandchildren, Chelsea Ketterer (Luke Styles) of Port Macquarie, Australia, Grayson E. Ketterer (Emily) of Morehead City, Renata L. Jeffcoat of Ridgeland, SC, Mallory E. Jeffcoat of Bluffton, SC and Marley A. Ketterer of Wilmington; her great grandchild Wesley of Port Macquarie, Australia.; and her sibling's children, James E. Willis of Naples, FL, Charles C. "Chuck" Willis of Morehead City, Jeffrey Willis of Morehead City, Gail Rice Thompson of Havelock and Christy L. Willis of Morehead City.
