He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Everett Willey Sr. and Marion Kuehnle Willey; and his mother-in-law Lucille B. Crank. He is survived by: his daughters, Allison Willey (Wayne Calley) of Newport, Christina Gittings of Garner and Natalie Willey of Newport; the mother of his children Melissa Willey of Newport; his sisters, Debbie Willey Turnage (Joe) of Cedar Point, Rachel Theresa Willey Dickinson (Donnie) and Donna Lynn Willey Veitch (Paul) of Newport; his grandchildren, Kaydence Calley, Tucker Gittings and Tanner Gittings; and his father-in-law William E. Crank Jr.. He is also survived by 4 sisters-in-law; 3 brothers-in-law; 9 nieces, 20 nephews; 6 great nieces; and 4 nephews-in-law.
