He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Carter Whitlow; his sons, Clark David of Newport and David Wayne Whitlow (Donna) of Newport; his sister Palma Kantisos of Rich Creek, VA; his sister-in-law Betty Jean Fleeman (Elmer) of Peterstown, WV; and his grandchildren, Cameron Whitlow (Riley), Carter Whitlow (Maddy), Lathan Whitlow and Harley Edwards (Christy).
