It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Clifford Chambers of Newport, North Carolina, born in Portland, Maine, who passed away on January 7, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Myron; and his wife Pamela Beamer Chambers. He is survived by: his sons, Daniel Chambers of Newport and Matthew Chambers of Newport; his siblings, Debbie Ellington (Jerry) of Clayton, Sandy Choate (David) of Newport, Sharon Tetterton of Newport, Wayne Chambers of Newport and Marvin Chambers (Sarah) of Dunn; and his grandchildren, Nathaniel Chambers and Madison Chambers. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In keeping with the CDC guidelines pertaining to the Coronavirus, those who are ill or at-risk (elderly, immune-compromised) are encouraged to stay home.
