She is survived by: her daughter Danna Cates (Gerald) of Cape Carteret, NC; her stepdaughters, Amy DiCicco of Mebane, NC and Traci Phillips of Greensboro, NC.; her grandchildren, Emma Broom, Joshua Carelli and Allie Phillips; and her great grandchild Blakely Carelli. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
